By accessing and using the services provided by Hostivo ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Hostivo provides web hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, domain registration, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Customers must use our services for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting or transmitting malicious code, malware, or viruses.
• Participating in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
• Hosting copyright-infringing material without authorization.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
• Hosting phishing sites or fraudulent operations.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Billing and Payment

Services are billed on a subscription basis. Payment is due on the anniversary date of your billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice.

5. Uptime Guarantee (SLA)

We guarantee a 99.99% network and server uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee in a given month, you may request a credit to your account based on our SLA credit tiers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hostivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
